This service includes all design selections including all surfaces, cabinetry/built-ins, windows/doors, trimwork, plumbing, lighting/electrical, and complete kitchen and bathroom design planning. Furnishings available as a separate contract.
Full-Service Interior Design for Home Remodels, New Home Construction, and Commercial Spaces
All areas will receive complete floor plans, concept boards, elevation drawings for built-ins and cabinetry, a lighting plan, and a spreadsheet of design selections. Photo quality, full-color renderings are available as needed.

For design fees, we charge a flat rate per room. Rates depend on how many items we are sourcing for you and if we’re assisting with any cosmetic changes, such as adding wallpaper, replacing a chandelier, designing built-ins, redesigning a fireplace, etc.
To determine the design fee for your particular furnishings project, we schedule a complimentary on-site consultation. We are happy to blend your existing pieces with new pieces needed to complete each space.
